Waszupp Global launched in mid 2017 as a $35 matrix Ponzi cycler.
The business was DOA following departures of its Global Directors, who went on to launch their own clone scam.
Waszupp Global’s flops saw Founder Ash Sahib disable withdrawals and come up with a new compensation plan.
This has sparked renewed interest in the company, with withdrawals recently renabled for investors.
Today we revisit the Waszupp Global MLM opportunity and see what’s changed.
Waszupp Global Products
Whereas Waszupp Global initially launched without any products, the company now markets Waszupp Mobile Shield.
I only know this because Waszupp Mobile Shield is mentioned in the company’s compensation plan material. Details of Waszupp Global are not provided on the company’s website.
Waszupp Mobile Shield costs $30 for a one-year subscription.
The company doesn’t disclose who developed the app, but I believe it’s just a white-label release of Mobile Shield Antivirus.
There are a few other products listed on Waszupp Global’s website, however all of them are marked “coming soon”.
The Waszupp Global Compensation Plan
Waszupp Global have ditched the simply cycler Ponzi and gone for a matrix/unilevel combo.
Waszupp Mobile Shield subscription commissions are also offered, completely separate to the MLM side of the business.
Waszupp Mobile Shield Commissions
Waszupp Global pay a $20 commission per Waszupp Mobile Shield subscription sold.
Waszupp Global affiliates receive $25 per affiliate recruited.
From the fourth and onward personally recruited affiliates recruited, a $15 Coded Bonus is paid out.
These affiliates make up a “coded team”.
The first three personally recruited affiliates are passed upline.
In turn, the first three recruits of an affiliate’s “coded team” are also passed up, generating the affiliate $15 per affiliate passed up.
A 100% Coded Bonus Match is also paid on Coded Bonus earnings by personally recruited “coded team” affiliates.
Waszupp Global pay residual commissions via a 3×8 matrix.
A 3×8 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly under them:
These three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first three positions into another three positions each (9 positions).
Levels three to eight of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of Waszupp Global affiliates.
Commissions are paid as positions in the matrix are filled, based on what level of the matrix a position is filled:
- level 1 – $25 per position filled (3 positions)
- level 2 – $44.44 per position filled (9 positions)
- level 3 – $144.44 per position filled (27 positions)
- level 4 – $802.46 per position filled (81 positions)
- level 5 – $5761.31 per position filled (243 positions)
- level 6 – not disclosed (729 positions)
- level 7 – not disclosed (2187 positions)
- level 8 – not disclosed (6561 positions)
Regional Executive and higher ranked Waszupp Global affiliates receive a share of company-wide affiliate fees.

- Regional Executive pool – 50 cents shared
- Director pool – 50 cents shared
- RMD – 50 cents shared

Waszupp Global don’t specify whether “5 generations” refers to actual generations or unilevel team levels.
If a Waszupp Global qualifies as a Director within 90 days of signing up, they are designated a “Founding Director.
The first fourteen Founding Directors in each country Waszupp Global operates in receive a share in an “equity club”.
The equity club is made up of $1 of every $98.88 affiliate fee paid by Waszupp Global affiliates.
Founding Directors also receive free flights to “corporate training at exotic locations”.
Luxury Car Bonus
Waszupp Global Crown Presidents qualify for a one-time luxury car bonus.
A “million dollar home purchase” is also mentioned, however qualification criteria is not provided.
Joining Waszupp Global
Waszupp Global affiliate membership is $98.99.
Waszupp Global’s compensation revision is a classic attempt to legitimize a fraudulent business model with a product or service.
Isolated from the rest of the compensation plan, there’s no issues with selling a mobile antivirus app and paying single-level commissions.
The MLM side of Waszupp Global is rooted in signing up as an affiliate for $98.99 and then recruiting others who do the same.
In this sense Waszupp Global has transitioned from a straight Ponzi cycler to more of a compartmentalized pyramid scheme, although some elements of Ponzi fraud have been retained.
Most of the Waszupp Global compensation plan is recruitment-driven. Be it the direct recruitment commission or residual matrix commissions, they are all tied to affiliate recruitment.
New affiliates sign up, pay a fee and that fee is used to fund most of Waszupp Global’s compensation plan.
As with the first Ponzi cycler iteration, Waszupp Global once again relies on constant affiliate recruitment to stay afloat.
If that craps out, and it inevitably will, Waszupp Global will once again collapse.
